We embrace a community model, organising services into four distinct communities: Yira Yarkiny, Moorijit, Kaartdijin, and Ngalak, each specialised in different types of care like in-home services and therapy. Within each community, dedicated teams of experts deliver personalised, efficient service, manage appointments, and coordinate care plans. Regular collaboration and knowledge-sharing sessions among staff promote a supportive work environment and superior participant outcomes.

Our trained and compassionate support workers assist our participants with general cleaning and maintenance activities that they are unable to do so themselves without assistance.

We provide flexible person-centred daily living support that meet your specific needs, goals and outcomes.

We offer all levels of support coordination including level 3 which provides participants with complex needs or high levels of risks.

Companion will arrange transport for you to attend your community access including all your appointments.

Companion Social and Community will assist you in the community and assist our participants to achieve desired goals including recreational activities.

We provide flexible person-centred daily living support that meet your specific needs, goals and outcomes.

Companion's Community Health Nursing team assists participants and their families to manage various health conditions.

We celebrate life by celebrating every milestone and are here to help you continue enjoying your hobbies to stay connected with your community or make new friends.

Companion provides Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) options to meet your specific needs with the understanding that your home must be a place of comfort and relaxation to promote your well-being and safety. Our facilities foster your independence while we support you without barriers. The facilities are spacious, fully wheelchair accessible and a place to call home.
